Ways of Working PDUs
Hone in on a domain expertise & earn PDUs that apply towards the PMP, CAPM & PMI specialty certificates
About This Course
Agile isn’t just for software development! Agile techniques have become one of the fastest growing and popular topics in project management, but how exactly does it fit outside of IT? Agile is a mindset embodied in a set of values and principles. While it is often associated with software development, its roots are in the Lean manufacturing movement. Agile practices and principles can and have been used in a wide array of business, non-profit, education, and home uses.
This course teaches hands-on application of Agile practices for non-technology challenges. Alan Zucker has led project organizations in Fortune 100 companies for over 25-years and his Agile experience predates the Agile Manifesto. As a coach and consultant, he repurposes Agile tools to solve diverse problems—from education to non-profit management. Learn to reinterpret the Agile Manifesto, unleash creativity and use Agile tools to improve productivity and solve complex problems.
Earn 5 Ways of Working Professional Development Units (PDUs) that can be applied towards the PMP, CAPM, and PMI-ACP certifications.
This course is included in the PDU Passport, our all-access pass to every InSite PDU course.
