What is the Talent Triangle, and how does it impact my PDUs?
PMI requires that you earn a minimum number of 8 PDUs in each category, or side, of the Talent Triangle: Ways of Working, Power Skills, and Business Acumen. This course fulfills 1 Business Acumen PDU towards that requirement.

Can I earn HR recertification credits towards my HRCI or SHRM certifications with this course?
Yes you can! The certificate of completion will include details needed to claim credit with HRCI and SHRM.

How long will I have access to this course?
If you purchase the individual course, you will have access for 6 months from the time you activate the key in your account. If you purchase the PDU Passport, you’ll have either 6 or 12 months from date of purchase.

When will I be able to access this course?
Upon purchase, this course will automatically be added to your account. If you purchased this individual course, your 6-month access period will not begin until you activate the key. How long will it take me to complete the course?
You will earn 1 PDU for completing this course. Therefore, it should take you about 1 hour to complete the course, but you can revisit sections or watch lessons as many times as you wish during your access period.
