About This Bundle
This five course series brings together new and emerging concepts in the practice of project and program management, and highlights those concepts in the context of rapidly advancing and increasingly sophisticated project and program leadership roles. Each course addresses a unique leadership topic and provides a focused analysis to illustrate its key properties. Earn 10 Professional Development Units (PDUs) that can be applied towards the PMP and PgMP certifications. (7 PDUs can be applied towards the PMI-SP certification. 5.75 PDUs can be applied towards the PfMP certification. 5.5 PDUs can be applied towards the PMI-BA and PMI-RMP certifications. 4.75 PDUs can be applied towards the PMI-ACP certification.

Yes! Your PDUs are important, and we’ve aligned this bundle with the PMI Talent Talent Triangle™ making it easy for you to submit them with PMI®. Once you have finished each course in the bundle, our system will generate a Certificate of Completion for your records. We’ve created step-by-step instructions to claiming your PDUs here.

What is the Talent Triangle, and how does it impact my PDUs?
PMI requires that you earn a minimum number of 8 PDUs in Ways of Working, Power Skills, and Business Acumen categories. This series provides PDUs in all categories! You’ll earn 5.5 Ways of Working PDUs, 3.5 Power Skills PDUs, and 1 Business Acumen PDU.

What if I already took one of these courses in this series? Can I get a discount?
If you’ve already taken one of the courses in this series, we recommend that you instead use our Build Your Own Bundle tool and create a bundle that includes courses you have not yet taken. You can build this exact series and simply replace the course you have already taken with a new one. Our BYOB tool provides a discount based on the number of PDUs you are bundling, so you can still get a discount!

How long will I have access to this series?
You will have access to each course in this bundle for 6 months from the time you activate the course key in your account. You can activate the courses individually so that the time does not start ticking on a course until you are ready to take it.

When will I be able to access this series?
Upon purchase, each course will automatically be added to your account. However, your 6-month access period will not begin until you activate the individual course keys. Remember, each course can be activated one at a time to ensure you have plenty of time to complete a course before moving on.

How do I report my PDUs?
You can report your PDUs and check your current PDU balance directly through PMI. For your convenience, we’ve created step-by-step instructions to claiming your PDUs here. You will receive a Certificate of Completion when you complete each course which you should save in case you get audited by PMI.
