This course is full of exercises to provide experience in understanding your project scenario in terms of earned value. The course includes the Earned Value Formula Map – a tool to visualize what you already know about your project and “map” the location of what you are being asked to find out.

Will I earn Professional Development Units (PDUs)?

What is the Talent Triangle, and how does it impact my PDUs?
PMI requires that you earn a minimum number of 8 PDUs in Ways of Working, Power Skills, and Business Acumen categories. This bundle qualifies for 5 PDUs ( 4.5Ways of Working PDUs and 0.50 Power Skills PDUs) towards your recertification.

How long will I have access to this course?
If you purchase the individual course, you will have access for 6 months from the time you activate the course key in your account. If you purchase the PDU Passport, you’ll have either 6 or 12 months from date of purchase depending which PDU Passport subscription you chose.

When will I be able to access this course?
Upon purchase, this course will automatically be added to your account. If you purchased this individual course, your 6-month access period will not begin until you activate the course key. How long will it take me to complete the course?
You will earn 5 PDUs for completing this course. Therefore, it should take you about 5 hours to complete the course, but you can revisit sections or watch lessons as many times as you wish during your access period.
