About This Course
One of the most significant challenges project and program managers face today is the accurate and effective reporting of status to project sponsors, organizational stakeholders and business leaders. These are the two aspects of status reporting that project and program managers find most difficult to deliver together, and if status reporting does not meet those criteria, most often it is ignored, or worse – refuted. This engaging course helps project and program managers learn how to accurately report the status of their projects in a manner that makes the information clear, concise and useful. Earn 3 PDUs and gain a wealth of knowledge, tools and templates that you can use on every project or program you lead.
3 PDUs can be applied towards the following certifications: PMP, CAPM and PgMP. (Only 1.75 PDUs can be applied towards the PfMP and PMI-SP certifications.)
This course is included in Eric Norman’s Series, Preparing Project and Program Leaders for Organizations of the Future. It is also available in the PDU Passport, our all-access pass to every InSite PDU course.
